Focusing on cross-border M&A throughout the US and Asian-Pacific nations, APIP brings our best-in-class senior management team and their extensive know-how to four specific industrial sectors: Technology, IoT, and Telecommunications; Real Estate and Infrastructure; Energy; and Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Life Sciences. The principals of APIP bring more than 30 years of experience in pubic policy creation and implementation, private advisory and counselling, investing and value creation, and implementation of governance and control.
